Sella Vinoteca is a restaurant, wine bar, bistro & cellar located in the Newmarket area of Randwick where the old horse stables of the Inglis family were located for more than a century.

Sella means saddle in Italian, which is a place to sit, referencing the old stables, & it is also a phonetic version of cellar..

We believe in seasonality & simplicity. Creating food with great seasonal produce and offering it up with wine that leans to minimal intervention, lo-fi practices, allowing the provenance to speak for itself.

Fabio & Stefano bring their passion, love & knowledge of all things wine & food to this fantastic precinct overlooking the leafy Inglis park with it's heritage listed Moreton Bay Fig tree (& great playground)
