Wine Dinner: Paolo Caciorgna
Winemaker, Paolo Caciorgna, who works with some of Italy’s most renowned wine estates, has named his own winery Pietro Caciorgna in honour of his father, where he produces approachable and down-to-earth wines: "the key to producing excellent wine is first and foremost about respecting the land – and appreciating territorial identity".
For this wine dinner we will explore wines from his own vineyards & collaborations with other winemakers
