Big reds of Italy

Winter is here and what a great opportunity to open some big Italian reds. We will start with a white from Veneto, before heading south, then Fabio's native Sardinia before finishing back in Veneto. A full giro d'Italia!

Last year Fabio visited Piero & Luciana of Quartomoro on the West coast of Sardinia, and will share some stories on the night. Chef Stefano is also creating his version of a Malloreddus with wild boar ragù which is a classic match.
