-dinner- Executive chef Marco Masotti of Sella Vinoteca has designed an extravagant truffle menu for our Truffle night, & sommelier Fabio Dore has carefully selected wines to match. Our "black diamonds" are sourced from Manjimup, WA the premium growing region in Australia for truffles.. If you love truffles & good wine, this is a night not to miss Thursday 28 July 5 course dinner, $160pp with wine matches available extra truffle available $9/g (tables available 6, 7 or 8pm)
