This one is for the pasta lovers.. Emilia-Romagna wine dinner 🍇
Being the third largest wine producing region in Italy, Emilia-Romagna offers a lot more than Lambrusco. It is where our chef, Marco Masotti, grew up & this wine dinner we are letting him take the lead with a pasta feast. Fabio has paired it all with some indigenous varietals from some of our treasured producers. As always, there is a great respect for the land & the wine making process.
